The poncho became a family joke when my 8 year old cousin, who died a few years ago, made it into a hilarious line. She had an amazing personality and was always cracking jokes. My aunt wore, and ROCKED, her 3-way poncho all the time. (They really are pretty cool.) Gigi would say, “Wanna have a 3-way? Poncho that is.”
